Terms of Service & AI Image Usage

All edited images on TwilightImage are generated by artificial intelligence. The AI may introduce visual artifacts, hallucinations, color shifts, geometry changes, or elements that did not exist in your original photo. Outputs are illustrative and are not a substitute for professional photography or human retouching when accuracy is critical.

You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated image carefully before using or distributing it. TwilightImage makes no warranty that any output is accurate, true-to-life, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

• You must own — or have the legal right to use — every photo you upload.
• You may not upload photos containing other people's likeness without their consent, or any content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• When publishing AI-edited photos (e.g., MLS listings, social media, advertising), you must comply with all applicable disclosure rules. Many jurisdictions and platforms (including real-estate MLS boards) require that virtually-staged, AI-altered, or otherwise enhanced images be clearly disclosed as such. Compliance is your responsibility.
• You may not use TwilightImage to mislead buyers, tenants, regulators or any third party about the actual condition of a property, premises, or person.

14-day refund window. New customers may request a refund of their most recent purchase (top-up, monthly subscription, or annual subscription) within 14 calendar days of the charge by submitting a request from the dashboard or emailing support. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Refund eligibility. Refunds are only available if you have consumed $5.00 USD or less of paid credits at the time of the request. Free trial credits ($10 granted on signup) do not count toward this limit. Once you have used more than $5 of paid credits, no refund will be issued — purchased credits become non-refundable.

After 14 days — cancel only, no refund. Beyond the 14-day window, monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the Packages page). Cancellation stops all future renewals. The current billing period (the month or year you have already paid for) is non-refundable — but you keep access to your remaining credits through the end of that period.

Annual subscriptions. Annual plans are billed once for the full 12 months and carry the same 14-day refund window as monthly plans. After 14 days, annual subscriptions can only be cancelled — the remaining months of the term are not refundable. Cancellation prevents the next 12-month renewal.

Free trial. All new accounts receive 5 free credits on signup, contingent on agreement to these Terms and our marketing communications. Free trial credits are not refundable as cash and are forfeited upon account closure.

• Credits are sold as prepaid digital goods through Stripe.
• Once a credit is consumed by a successful render, it is non-refundable beyond the rules above.
• If a render fails on our side, no credit is deducted.
• Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
